With a CNC brake press that delivers up to 200 tons of force, we form sheet metal accurately over a full 12-foot length. This gives us the ability to create clean, consistent bends for even the toughest parts.
Metal & Tube Bending
From structural tubing to sheet components, we bend metal into the exact shapes your project requires. Tight tolerances and controlled processes keep every bend consistent, whether simple or complex.
Sheet Rolling & Forming
Our rolling machines handle sheets up to 11 gauge and four feet long, allowing us to produce smooth curves and precise forms. We shape, pierce, and polish parts so they arrive ready for use.
Sheet Cutting & Finishing
Cutting and finishing happen on-site with drilling, tapping, riveting, and polishing built into our process. The result is a finished component that’s clean, accurate, and production-ready from day one.
